The great racing pigeon celebration returns to Mira with a special edition
It is with great pride and renewed satisfaction that the Portuguese Racing Pigeon Federation is organizing, in partnership with the FCI, and with the support of the Mira Municipal Council, the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth and all the sponsors, the Mira 2025 International Racing Pigeon Championships. In this special edition, we will be holding, with full commitment and transparency, eight national and international sporting events. Besides this competition facet, which we are so committed to and passionate about, we will transform the Gaspar Vila Nova International Pigeon Loft in Portomar (Mira) into a meeting point for pigeon fanciers, their families and all admirers of the racing pigeon.
On 25 October, Mira will host the great celebration of national, European and world racing pigeons. We are sure that it will be a memorable date and one that will do great honour to this sport.
