The Portuguese Pigeon Racing Federation informs that, due to inevitable circumstances, the final race of the 2025 Mira International Championships has been postponed to October 25th (Saturday).

This decision follows unforeseen constraints in the assembly process of the new loft, which made it impossible to complete the work within the originally estimated timeframe. Despite the efforts made, it became necessary to reschedule the final race to ensure all planned conditions are met.

In the meantime, the participating pigeons have already been transferred to the new facility, where they will soon begin their homing and training process under conditions suitable for optimal race preparation.

The new date will allow for all necessary technical and logistical conditions to be secured, as well as ensure that the pigeons perform at their best, maintaining the competitive standard of the race and honoring the commitment of all participants.

The Federation thanks everyone for their understanding and hopes this change will be received positively, with confidence that it will contribute to a final race that meets the expectations of the participants and matches the quality achieved in previous editions.

We also take this opportunity to share a video showcasing the new facilities.
